mileage gain??

i have a pn 3805 for my 07 and was wondering if it will decrease or increase my fuel mileage?? also which program gives the most fuel mileage?? in the manual for mine all i can find listed is performance and performance tow and stock nothing else i thought the flashpaqs had 3 tunes a tow tune, tow performance and performance can i update mine to this or is it only on the newer ones?
