Ron,
Almost a full year with the same problem. I've called in to Tech. help and have been assured that I would get a call back with an updated program to keep my Superchips Flashpaq 3855 from freezing up in Data Screen mode. I'm still waiting. If anything my screen freezes up even quicker than before, sometimes within a mile of driving.
Please tell me you haven't forgotten about our problem! By the way, Todd (Rumblecity) is your screen still freezing up too?

We've had issues with this data screen problem for a long time now. Just for kicks I updated my tuner today and tuned the truck to 'Performance' thinking maybe there would be some satisfaction.
Same old thing as I last reported. Not only does the data screen freeze up (so you can't monitor CAT temps). But it also shows 'Stock' when I look up the Power Level, even though I chose 'Performance' when I tuned!
Can we get a relook at this Ron? I've had 2 tickets opened on it with no success, and now I don't even know if the truck is getting the tune flashed or not??

I can take a look at the tuning, after you update the tuner on the new internet update system. IU3
Uninstall the current application from your PC and download the new software from superchips.com.
You will need to re-register on the new system.

Ok Ron,
I updated to the new application yesterday and then updated the tuner. Should I flash the truck again?
Also tried to download the 'advanced data aquisiion' module because I thought that might help but it never completes, tried it a few times.

It's hot our there in the Florida sun waiting for the flash to load!!

Todd, we are not going to be able to fix the tuners freezing with the DAQ at this point.
As for the display fix, we will have to get to this at a later date.
