Ron said they have a 30 day money back policy, but how many more like my self have waited past there 30 days in the hope that they would come out with an extreme update and now its past there 30 day policy, but we should still be able to get a refund under these extreme (* of deception that superchip is practicing.

I feel that you should return our money even if you loose a bundle since you guys sold a product that was not complete and stated on the box that it included the extreme update.
false advertising!!!!!

If anyone else feels the same way I do about this and wants to sue these clowns email me at energy34108@yahoo.com and we can get the wheels of justice turning.
I will do all the leg work and if we win the only thing I ask is that we slip the legal fees that I will pay for in advance.

I wonder if you we delete this post too, since it apears to be what you do when you feel it is not in your best interest.

What about the skipping, the promised transmission shift point adjustments, the rev limiter, the speed limiter?............ I would be satisifed with the skipping fixed.... I can wait for the others, but the skipping is hard to cope with on a daily basis.

These unforseen (* should have been worked on and corrected before you sell your product under false pretence, I still want a refund even if its been over 30 days since I was lied to by your company in writting on the box.

So do I get a refund or more excusses Mr. Ron?

And why would you sell a product and write on the box that the extreme setting is included when in fact you did not even have an extreme setting on your tunners.

Vichotlawns,

I do agree that the surge is anoying and Superchips needs to address that (and it looks like they are I have talked to someone on another forum and he is "testing" a program for them that has repaired the surge) but to all of you that say you aren’t getting what Superchips is advertising.... Did you get the same box I did... my tuner does exactly what they said it would... if you read the box it says "some features may not be available for some vehicles"... I'm confused what part of that don’t people understand??? The packaging they use is clearly used on all if there products and is not specific to any one unit, hens the Disclaimer. Did they change boxes or am I missing something.. And as far as the Extreme tune I don’t even see that listed on my box, yes it is in the manual but that is the only place I saw it, so its not really "advertising".. Just an instruction manual that is a little ahead of the game.. When they do release the extreme tune your manual will be ready for it... They have stated that they are working on it, and I believe them. I have called there customer service and had good luck with them.. to me it seems like some people on this and other forums have nothing better to do than waste keystrokes with useless unintelligent garble....P.S. and if you really think you have a lawsuit... your only kidding your self Just my $.02 I must be one of the few that likes my flash paq... go superchips...
