I was very excited to get my tuner, but it did not load. It said my tuner needed to be upgraded. It gave methe number 20325231AK. My home computer (apple laptop) won't download the stuff right (could be me). Hopefully it will work at work tomorrow.

This means that the files in the truck have not been seen by Superchips by the date that the tuner was last updated.
This would require updating the tuner @flashpaq.com.
As for the Apple, our software does not support it. You will have to use a Windows based system to download the package.

That number is your PCM code. This is what we need when it requires an update. I checked the database and this file IS included. So, try and download the database again. If you are still having issues, give us a call and we can help you out.

Thanx. I just got to work where I have Windows. I don't think it will work with an apple. I will try again within the hour.

Still can't get it to download. My work computer may prevent it, I don't know. Any tips?

All firewalls have to be disabled while attempting this.
