I am sorry, the download time is out of our hands. The is DCX's issue, the files are so large. This would require a total hardware change, and possibly double the price of a tuner.

It is better than having a unstable download, trying to force the tune into the computer.

ron has a very good point here...

they are replacing the file rather then trying to only change the bits and pieces that apply...

this is much safer when speaking of any programming. truck or simple computer...

replacing is a better option then changing....

AS FAR AS THE SPEED LIMITER..
well we were told that would be changable with custom tuning...

HOWEVER, SEEING HOW THERE WILL BE NO CUSTOM TUNING...
you pretty much left to superchips to decide how fast you should be moving. regardless of the rating of your tires.

if you go stock you can have the dealer change this if NO JOKE have the rated tires... if you don't your asking for bad things to happen. BUT STILL SHOULD NOT BE SUPERCHIPS DECISION...

have you ever seen a tire fall apart at 120mph??? me either but i know it would end with many twists, bends, brakes and flying parts...
