A few weeks ago I experienced some difficulty with my 06 Dodge 3500 6 speed. I was out of state and needed help immediately. I called Superchip and spoke with Ivan. He instructed me to send the computer and programmer in and they would fix it. This was a 3 day process. After getting it back there were other problems with the truck and I have it fixed now. i still have not re-installed the Flashpaq but I will do this soon but I can say that the service that I received was excellent. In fact, I am in central florida today (7/26) and will be here until Monday. I would love to come by and meet everyone. Thanks again for your tremendous customer support.
