A couple of years ago I purchased one of your flashpaq tuners for a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 (* Diesel... I no longer own the truck but deprogramed and kept the tuner before trading the truck off... I have recently been looking at some 2001 to 2002 model Dodge Ram 2500 diesels and wondered if by chance the tuner would work with any other year Dodge/(* trucks... If I purchased a different year truck than a 2005 is it possible to send in the programmer and have it changed to match another year truck... Also If I decided to keep the 2006 Dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi I now own may this tuner be programmed to match the 5.7 gas engine? If so naturally my next question is would it save me any money over purchasing a new tuner for whatever truck I bought? Any info you might have would be much appreciated... What is the part number of the tuner?

If it is a diesel specific tuner it can be updated to work on the older diesels.
