Hi Ron,
Just got my 3805 updated and I'm programming the truck now. I only got this for fuel economy- not to blow smoke. The only setting I could get was for performance, is that what I want for economy? I read a post of someone that wanted the same and I guess you sent him a mileage program. My s# is 1150388.

Update the tuner and it will install the Mileage tuning.

Ron, Thanks for getting the Mileage xs so quick. It is on the hand held now, but when going thru the set-up I can make it to where it tells me about "can tow to the maximum vehicle limits". Then next step is for tire hight. Thats as far as it will go. Any other suggestions?

Any error codes?
What happens when you go to program vehicle?
If you can not get it, give one of our techs a call directly and we can walk you through it.

They sent me a Mileage XS that I downloaded into the unit but it wont work on the truck. Even though this is my second S.C. and I have had no problem with the other 2 programs, they want me to call them when I'm with the truck so they can "WALK ME THROUGH IT". It kind of @ me off that they wont take my word that they sent me a bad program. I dont work their 9-5 hours, so I have to wait til the next time I take off from work.
Please let me know how you make out with your program.

Hi Ron,
I agree, that should be it- but its not. It goes thru the usual steps. Save factory settings.
Tells you that you can still tow to maximum vehicle limits.
Takes you to a tire size selection page, then thats it!
It wont go any further, its a bad program. It downloaded in seconds, I think something didn't come thru. It was enough to get it to read on the unit but not enough to change the truck.
I have corresponded with Robert and they want me to call when I'm ready to do the truck. I start at 7am and usually get done around 8pm. If I have to I'll wait til summer when I take some days off, but since I'm not a 1st time S.C. user it does annoy me.

I ask, because I have never seen this type of issue.
