I have a 1808 tuner that has been on my 2008 and was last updated w/ database 095. The truck has been returned to stock and I'm trying to program a 2010 Ford 6.4l.
The turner has read and is listing the 2010 truck into tuner. When trying to program the truck it says to update via superchips.com. I hooked the tuner to 2 differant computers and when I try to update it shows a message "Check for update at a later date" The only differance between the first truck and this one is this truck has a manual transmission and I selected manual. The screen on the programmer is showing 08-10 6.4l Powerstroke.
My serial # is 1389933. I have the current software and tried it with a vin locked 1808 and it will update that one.

I have sent this over to the engineers to review.
This is a issue where we are going to need to write a program for this truck. The program is very new.
This will take 5-7 working days/

The case shows that we have left you a message today to update the tuner and try it again on the truck.

Updated the programmer, installed it on the truck and it works. Tried leaving
a reply a few times but the site had unsecured certificate listed in my browser
and I didn't want to chance it.
