I took my truck (2008 F350 6.4L) in for service work in the begining of April. I did return my truck to stock settings first. Ford did do a recalibration on the computor. When I got home I put the performance mode back in and a wrench showed up after about 20 miles on the dash and in went into "reduced power mode". I stopped right away and put the truck back to stock and everything was fine. I have been tring to update my 1808 but it always says I have the most current files avaliable. Is there something in the works and if so how will I know when to update my 1808 again?

This issue is still being worked on. Ford has added a lot of turbo protection into the new files. We are still trying to figure out everything they changed so we can allow our tuning to work the way it used to. I am sorry for the delay. As soon as I fix it, I will post here letting you know there is a new database available.

Truck runs like a slug with the stock settings.
It *h having a very expensive piece of plastic seating on my desk that does nothing.

So what is the best way to find out what is going on with my 300 dollar plus paper weight? This forum is usless for info. There is never any updates or information shared from the people at "Superchips" as to what is going on. We just get told "are working on it". It would be nice to hear where you guys stand with the whole thing. All I do now is plug in the paper weight every day and hope it updates.

We have completed our files for the overboost on the 6.4L motors.
Please update the tuner and try out the new tuning.
