If you dont want to pay,you Dont have to play. I picked up my 3950 when they first came out and paid a hair over $300.00.

if the program for tuning the engine were as good as the advanced trans stuff, the rest of the competition would be in serious trouble.

if either scty or diablo can nail down some good trans tuning and sc doesnt support more advanced engine mods, they will be one of the last choices when thinking about a hemi tuner.

i support superchips but am getting close to needing some custom engine options. i dont want to have to stack, i would rather have a sole stand alone tuner that could handle everything.

i would also be willing to pay a nominal fee if needed to download such a program to my flashpaq

i Feel you maN.
It would be nice if it could fix the LT header issues i already have. if i do any more to my truck i will need to leave SC or Stack or they can just do a custom tune. And i Will pay if need.

Considering there are already certain things SC can do for my 03 that diablo can't, I'd be all over this if it were available. Lack of stable custom tuning in certain applications has kept people from really doing what they want to their vehicles.

Ive got big mods and looking to go bigger with another truck. If SC could pull it off I wouldnt mind coming back over to them. As I said before, Diablo currently custom tunes mine because I HAVE to have custom tuning. I have the Trinity BTW with a full wide band setup. So between the tuner, wideband and custom tuning, right there is $1k. So obvious L am serious. The question is how serious would/will SC be?

Once they offer a custom tune for cams I would be happy to pay for it. I have held off on my cam install for this very reason...

I voted for Paying for type of upgrade.

I would love to use certain features on my 3815. So would tons of other Ram users!

I would like to have all of the possibilities and pay for them.

Unfortunately, the 3815 does not have memory enough to do much of anything. For custom tunes you'll need the 3865 or possibly we'll all have to upgrade to the new VIVID???

I really don't see how memory can be an issue if its a custom tune. Couldn't the firmware contain less data for other vehicles therefore freeing up space? I am going to figure out the total memory capacity differences between the two models.
