I have a 2010 4.7 liter Dodge Ram have been running the 87 tune for a little over a year now and im pretty happy with it. I have noticed that my tailpipe is black and am not sure if this is due to it running rich or if it was black before I tuned I don't know. it doesn't burn any oil to speak of. is this anything to be concerned about?

No, just normal for a vehicle. Nothing to worry about.

The only true indication that a vehicle was running lean or rich is to look at the spark plugs inthe engine.
