I want Version 1.05 back. All was fine until the updates. My ride was running sweet with custom settings with the 1.05. WHY did I update? I want it back. Is there anyway to get that version back??

Why did you update?
Did you have the TCM flashed or something?
Ron

because I thought the updates were supposed to remedy other glitches/provide extra features such as data aquisition etc... If I was not supposed to update then why was I not emailed or why was there no warning such as "DON'T UPDATE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR PROGRAMMING/CAR TO LOSE PERFORMANCE" I had the TCM and PCM reflashed after I updated my SC with you guys. I wanted all the new features. I thought updating meant better features and the latest researched programs and data. I was advised by you to have my TCM and PCM updated so I did.

Your right.
The update to the car was to help gain more abilities from the tranny.
OK
We all know you can not go backwards with revisions.
What are the issues that you have with 1.05?
Ron

I have no issues with the 1.05. I don't have it anymore. I upgraded to the 1.07 a couple of weeks ago. Everything worked fine. The surging and occasional knock/detonation was there but the shifts suited my car much better and there was no incident of the engine bouncing off the limiter around 5800 rpms. It feels sluggish and the shifts from 1-2 and 3-4 are very sluggish. there is a noticeable hesitation and a major drop in RPMs when trying to downshift. The firmness promised by the system is really not there. I hope you come out with the custom settings.
