This issue has to do with the calibration for your trucks transmission is not a program we have.
The calibrator will try to make a new program for your vehicle.

This process can take 5-7 working days or more.

We will contact you once it is ready to download.

To be honest this may still take another week or two or more.

We are very backed up in this department.
I am sorry that it is taking this long.

Great, I am sorry it took so long.

I would not be a good person ask about the trans options on the advanced trans package.
I would recommend to visit a Dodge specific website like Dodgetalk, Hemi truck club, there is a ton of people with this option.

Ron, I've emailed you about this same issue. Before I had the Error 5 and the trouble updating my Cortex 3950, I had the trans tuning, and it worked great. After, the update, and error 5 fix, I dont have the option. Serial number is 1482332. Thanks for the help and emails.

Eric

Eric,
I took down the one shot for the DB fix.
Lets update again, to see if it will add the trans options back.

Let me know if it does not, I will have it set something else up.

Case#100386
