Bought my 3865 about 2 weeks ago for my 2007 Hemi RAM QC4X4.
Initially tried to tune and and received the error "vehicle file not stock" so I took it to a dealership and had them flash back to factory with all updates.
Then when I tried to tune it again it told me to update.
Spoke to customer service and logged a ticket. Called today to get an update but haven't received anything.
Can someone follow through to see what is going on? I have a 30 day money back guarantee. I don't mind waiting a bit longer but I would like an update on the issue.

They are still working on this one.
They are supposed to release a new DB this week for the need updates
We will extend your 30day deal, from the day that you get the tuning installed fully.

Any information on when the new update will be available? You said an update would be available last week.

They did not make the release yet, it is not ready.
I am sorry to say, this may take a week or two more.

Success! I was able to tune the truck last night!
I loaded the Mileage XS tune and filled the tank so we'll see how it goes!
