Ron (or whomever),

I haven't updated my 3815 in ~3.5 years basically because I like the way my truck has been running ('05 Hemi Ram 2wd). Is there any way to retain or save my current file (V1.17, Database 204, 062708) in case the most current file changes my truck for the worst. I think people have chimed in here in the past saying that their vehicle ran worse after an update. My tuner S/N is 1276415.

Thanks

If it's running fine, no need to update. There isn't a way to save firmware or a database.

Thanks for the reply, keysguy. I kind of expected that to be the answer.

I'm looking to eventually get a flashpaq 3650 for the tranny programming and that's the main reason for the original question. I was hopeing I or DCT could somehow transfer the old database from the 3815 to 3650. Hopefully the most current database / firmware agrees with my truck.

The programming from a 3815 to a current model are getting the same DB, just with the new options ability.
