No option to purchase trans tune

I dont have an option to purchase the transmission tuning in the online store when I am plugged in to the easy update program.Can someone please help me with this?

You can close case #90916. The advance trans tune finally showed up in the online store. Thanks to everyone on the superchips customer support team.
