No, they have reviewed the files on this one, and nothing is out of the ordinary.
Due to this being a after market item, that you have added, we can not make this work with the tuning that we offer. This is not a add on that is a perfect situation, when being controlled by the PCM.
We can not make any changes to make this work.

Well I appreciate the response, and I guess if nothing can be done then I'll live with it. Though, I'm quite frustrated how you keep saying that I've added something aftermarket, when I haven't. I'm trying to control the STOCK electric fan with the tuner, not an aftermarket electric fan. The tuner is supposed to be able to do this(and was advertised as such).
JMO, but I don't think you guys realize how the stock fan setup is configured on these 4th gen ram trucks.
4th gen v8 ram trucks(4.7L and 5.7L) have an electric fan and mechanical clutch fan.
4th gen v6 ram trucks have an electric fan only.
