Have had this issue previously in June, now having used my Megacab to tow my travel trailer now want to go from the tow tune to performance tune and getting the vehicle calibration not on file. Its a Flashpaq 3865 serial 1552633. I have tried to update it online and it went through the steps like it was updating but I get the same result. If you could Ron check this out and give me a shout. No I have not taken the truck to a dealer since I have owned the tuner. wire-nut

Thanks Ron got an email from Robert Kurtz followed his instructions was able to download the custom recovery file, recover to stock then load the performance tune. You can let them know to take down the recovery file. Thanks again. Wire-nut
