3815 Updates

Are there any updates for the 3815? I know I updated mine a couple of years back, when I tried to use the update program installed on my computer it freezes up, I noticed from perusing the forum that there was some different update downloads but none of them worked. Am I SOL now? This is for a 2000 Dakota with 5.9. If there are no updates, are there any other options for tuning? The 3815 works fine, but is there anything else available if support has stopped?

On that vehicle the calibrations have not changed.

We have not changed the tuning options, just added newer truck programs to the database.

It will not help or hurt to update.
If you have to update and get stuck, give one of our techs a call and we will help you with it.
