Please Wait Lockup

I just updated my 3825 today and everything went fine. I went out to the car a 2006 Charger RT and wanted to make changes and I started by loading the stock code and it locks up with the message please wait. It gets past pwr on pwr off. It is after the final pwr on it does nothing. I am not showing any codes and even did a clear codes which it performed with no problem. When I try again I GET THE SAME RESULTS. Please advise
