2011+ support not happening anytime soon. Dodge is trying to make aftermarket tuning a thing of the past. Dissatisfaction should be directed at Dodge for locking out aftermarket tuning.

Ford and Chevy pretty much embrace aftermarket.

If it wasn't happening anytime soon why would Ron keep saying it's a few months away? If it was THAT difficult to figure out why give owners false hope?

Ron is a performance nut, just like you and I. He wants the tuning to be released, just as much as you do. Superchips can only work with what they have, just like all other tuning companies. Dodge has made the task of breaking the security virtually impossible. It's not Superchips not wanting you to run tuning on your truck. It's Dodge.

I would say at this point, it happens when it happens. If it hasn't happened a few months from now, Ron will tell you another few months a few months from now. They are working their hardest on this project and they know folks want the 2011+ support.

Just remember, it isn't Superchips who doesn't want you to run aftermarket tuning.

Understood yes, but if it's virtually impossible like you say, why keep promising "a few more months" all the time? It would have just been better to say right from the start it's likely to never be released - that way people would stop getting their hopes up to be let down.

Maybe it could have been handled better, but bottom line is the information is out there on how difficult the security features are for the 2011+ years and it's Dodge that's making it virtually impossible. Superchips cracked the 2004+ trucks before anyone and that took awhile, so there's always a chance it could be done again.

Though 2004 may not be this difficult. I can tell you they are working on it. When and if it happens is another matter.

Have a great New Year!
