3865 Trans Temp Not working

I have a superchips 3865 and the trans temp PID is not working. I updated the tuner and its still not working. btw i have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 4x4.

The trans temp PID is not active unless the truck has it first added to the factory tuning from the dealer.

That would have to be enabled though the dealer, for it to show up.
I am aware that the trucks have this ability.
