i just tried to upload my sc and i got a error code of g-6f and its telling me to call sc help please

G-6F= Download from PC was interrupted and needs to be retried.

Make sure of the follow items before downloading.
Firewalls disabled
sercurity centers allowed
spam blockers
routers

These are common causers of this issue.
