Promotion still in affect?

Recently I stumbled on my performance chip 3815. I was wondering if the $150 exchange promotion still has merit, or is it obsolete ? Second, do I have to purchase another performance chip to receive the benefits of this promo, or can I just trade it in for currency?

No, it is $100 now.
It would have to be purchased new directly from us.

I would resell the tuner, you will get more for it that way.
