Ok, I'm completely new to this update procedure so just a few questions.Does this come by way of an email or a file you send out? Do I keep plugging my tuner into my PC each day to see if its there? I just had my truck serviced at the dealer and they did re-flash my pcm,so I'm getting the calibration note on file message. I haven't even been able to lock tuner to my Vin yet, keeps saying check later for update on pc.

This would come via the update program itself.

Post up your tuners serial number and I will look into this.

Ok,thanks Ron. It is 200226117.A little history,I had a competitors tune installed and the programmer was stolen.I wasn't impressed with it so went with Superchips. I had to have my truck reflashed at the dealer before the fresh install.

How long does this process usually take?

Typically it takes about a week or two to make and test the new tuning.

But I believe that it will not take that long in this case.

We will email you or call once it is ready.

OK, got the calibration and it says I have 93 tune installed.I still doesn't say I have the VIN locked to programmer on the update program.Have tried several times. Also says my stock tire size is around a 22" tire, I change it to 34.25" and speedometer seems to be off. Says I'm getting 33mpg,something seems a little off. From my understanding I cant get the trans. tune option unless it VIN locks, this correct?

The update program only will show active vin locks IF the tuner is unlocked from the update site. (Usually only it the tuner was bought 2nd hand and need to pay to unlock the old VIN)
Do not use this function.

You should be able to buy the advanced trans options, your truck is supported.

For the tire height, you want to physically measure the tires from the ground to the top of the tire. In 1/4" increaments.

Ok,thanks Ron.I got the tire's adjusted and compared speedo to gps,all is well now and love the feel of the 93 tune.Where should I see the trans tune option? Its not available for me on the online store option from the updater.Just a free tire tpms option, and the $100 VIN unlock.I do have shift options in my tuner but this is not the same as the trans tune correct?

I sent it back to the engineers to check it out.
They may have to add the new cal to the DB.
