I have sent your notes to the Dodge team for evaluation, and will let you know when we receive a response back.

Is there an higher up I can speak with. Customer service is horrible!..I've called, I've posted..and still nothing!..I changed settings to 1-2 5900, 2-3 5800 with rev limits at 6300ur and she still bangs of limiter at wot from a roll..I've read, I could be downshifting into 2nd prime and that might be the problem. Im not going away and would appreciate some customer service.

The issue has been reviewed and confirmed that this is not something that can be changed in the current tuning. This year truck has had a very big role in building the trans tuning.

The only thing I can recommend is trying the advanced trans option package to tune around this issue.

I would do some research on the Superchips advanced trans options.

Other than that we can not fix your issue.

Ron

Have tried all tunes..running 91 for some time and still hits limiter running 60 to 70 and just giving it enough gas to downshift and pass a vehicle, then hits limiter before completing the shift...this is not at wot.

Yes...on three occassions the winshield wipers have also turned off an on by themselves doing wot runs when cruising at 70 on the hgwy. Gonna take to dealer soon to verify there are no problems with stock tune
