Returned my superchips two months ago and still no refund

Returned my superchips two months ago and still no refund why does it take so long when you buy it they sure get their money fast when order it as well as shipping now I paid almost 400 than I returned it because it didnt work so I paid for shipping both ways and I have nothing to show for it but a 400 dollar hole in my account. Still looking for the refund I called and they have my package with the return authorization number and the receipt. Any help would be helpful.

We refunded your master card on 8-30 at 10:29AM.

I would check you credit card statements.

Check the master card with the 4 digits of 8988.
