Hey Ron, I've tried everything possible to get this corrected. I've disabled all security & firewalls, plugged in after IU is connected to server, tried on my Laptop with Windows 7, on my Destop with Vista Home Premium, reverted my Destop back to Windows XP, even uninstalled all my security programs from my computer. Used with & without my wireless router. Easy Update recog. my tuner serial # 1436661 but with a green ? and on the other side a blue arrow points towards my device but doesn't recog. it like it used to. Then of course it says downloading updates then goes to Bootloader Error contact Superchips. I've done this scenerio thirty or so times with the same result. Any other ideas?
