I hate to be the negative guy, (and yes this is only my second post) but i wanted to get this off my chest. When i called the customer support line (sorry dont recall the guys name) He wasnt what id call "nice" He seemed bothered that i even called for question about a possable purchase. He was short and fairly rude. & i honestly did nothing to set him off other than inquire about downloading programming for my tirepaq (no pc at home so i had to call) He wasnt a outright jerk, he just seemed annoyed at my questions and deffinately didnt seem eager to help. I order up alot of stuff from alot of different places, the Superchips representative i spoke with did nothing to impress me. I think when it comes to any further questions i will stick to online information & this site..

Not a good experience, for sure.

I hope that other people will not have the same issue.
