I just got off the phone with Chris in technical support. He read thru my info and said that as of 9:30 am this morning (wed) the dodge support team is aware of the problem (see my thread in the dodge truck section), they are looking into it, but have no time frame as to when the issue will be resolved. :x
I hate to say this, but, look how long it took to solve some of the other 'major' issues that have occured as of late. I was told this is not a 'major' issue and they will get to it when they have time. I am usually not one to complain but I have about had it. I spent good money on your product and expected it to help the performance of my truck and work properly. It has helped performance, a little, but not your claimed "holy s**t" response. Maybe that is because I do not have my truck tuned properly but I wouldn't know that because the programmer hasn't worked correctly since I got it. I understand your point when you say there will be some problems with software here and there, but I have had nothing but problems since day 1 when I received my programmer.
Sorry for the rant, but I expect things to work properly, or get fixed in a timely fashion, but neither is the case here.
I guess I will continue to wait and HOPEFULLY the issue will get fixed, who knows.

According to the engineering the Cortex and New Flashpaq tuners do not have this in its functions for the beginning of those tuners history.

The fix was for the First Generation of the flashpaq tuners.

So what does this mean??

The new flashpaq 3865 has not been fixed with the new updates, nor will it be fixed because these functions are not on the new models.

I do not understand your post.

The Old flashpaq tuners had a issue where the product would show under view settings it would show (stock) even though the vehicle was tuned.

We released a fix because this was working up to a certain date and certain update version. The Fix was only applied to the older 1st gen FP tuners.

The Revolution and Cortex tuners do not show a area of view settings in the tuner since the were first produced.

We have seen the need for this option and want to change it, but it will take some time. This may be months before we have this changed in the newer tuners.

On SC website it lists the "All New Flashpaq". Is this what you are calling the Revolution?
I do not have a Revolution, mine says Flashpaq 3865.

Let me ask a stupid question......why in the world would you release an "All new Flashpaq" that doesn't offer even the standard features of the old version? I have read many times on this forum and dodgeforum that SC doesn't release updates before all the bugs are worked out. I am no marketing genius, but I would think that not having this option on the new programmers is a major bug. Shouldn't you have made people aware of this and/or waited to release the new programmer? I would much rather have the older version that works properly and has all the options available. Too late now. I am stuck with the "All New Flashpaq" that doesn't even work.

So how do I know my truck is even tuned??
By better performance?...the performance gain I have seen is minimal at best......and I am not the only one saying this exact thing.

After reviewing the tuners function, the tuner will display that the truck is tuned, but does not display which tune is installed.

When you plug the tuner in and the first messages come across the tuner does display which tune is installed.

We have had these tuners out for about 2 year and I had never heard of this issue, up until your posts.
I was thinking that this issue was similar to the fixed issue for the 1st gen flashpaq tuners.

We will be working on this to change it.

So which way is it??? lol
It can't be both ways! lol
1st sentence: shows tune installed but not which tune.
2nd sentence: it does display which tune is installed.

I checked this morning. I plugged in the flashpaq and it says "programmer linked to vehicle, tuning has been installed".
It does not show what tune is installed.
