I sent my Superchips 2815 programmer to you on 12/16/2008. You received my return item for repair on 12/17/2008 at 10:43AM EST. Item was received by "F SHUMAKER". The United States Postal tracking number through

The reason why I am writing to you is because I have placed four telephone calls into Superchips on the status of my tuner. I called on 12/17/2008 at 10:35AM PST and left a message for a return phone call, as well as Friday December 19th, 2008 at 12:35PM PST, 12:36PM PST, and 1:54PM PST. Each time I called I clearly gave my name RA# and return phone number, however I did not receive a call back. As for Friday December 19, 2008; after leaving 4 messages for call back each time I had called in your automated system said you were closed; however you do not close until 5:00PM EST which is 2:00PM PST. I would like a call back to know what is being done to fix my tuner, I only wish to speak to Sunny. This email has been copied for my protection and will be kept for these purposes only. I request that my tuner not be sent back to me until I am made aware of what exactly was wrong with it, which falls along my one year warrenty guidelines for repair and service. Enclosed in the package that I sent Superchips were three things, one was a Money Order in the amount of $12.50, the other was my original sales receipt, and the last was a diagnosis statement from my local GMC Dealer stating that my Yukon's PCM and PCM diagnostic port are in working order; as well as I had my vehicle flashed back to stock from the dealer with no "Cannot Establish Communication" errors as the Superchips tuner gives me when trying to complete updates or change modes. However, my tuner is able to read all engine sensor's. Which leads me to think that the tuner has locked itself out. I will Superchips would return phone calls better. I am awaiting a phone call from Sunny
