10 weeks of wasted time

first 7 weeks were trying to get superchips to give me a reliable update. at week 8 the whole system crapped out. had to send sc my tuner and pcm. got truck running again. was able to upload tune and use it for a day. had to return truck back to stock for pcm issues do to sc tuner. got truck back from dealer, went to upload tune. it came back needs update. here we go again, uploaded update. tuner comes back no calibration at this time. how can this be. going on 10 weeks now. finally can i get my money back? i have spent about 300 of my own money for sc mistakes.

what system are you running for the home computer. windows xp or vista? i have vista and i think thats why everything keeps getting messed up
