Gear One Ratio Error

My truck is throwing this code. I was driving 70mph then accelerated and it started flashing lights and said transmission error. Any one got ideas on what I need to do to fix?

What is the year make and model of the vehicle?

Did you adjust for tires or gears with the tuning?
