Here it is a Saturday afternoon and evening and there isn't a damn moderator to be found on the TECH forums. Hell of a note for a company who is trying hard to *h customers into their clutches. This is stupid not having someone on the boards who works for the company.
As a small business owner I am appalled at the lack of weekend customer support for a company who wants the average Joe to purchase their freaking expensive gadgets to adjust their cars with. I was shocked to find the number of complaints on the website. If I had known about the lack of support before I bought the SuperChip, I would not have purchased it.
It seems the only support is that Ron@superchips. I think NO ONE at superchips would be a better take on it. I am mad and I hope everyone knows it. My superflop superchip will not acknowledge the vehicle and I cannot get the chip to accept the download from the website either. I have spent the whole day looking at this freaking website waiting to hear from the non existent support only to realize THERE AIN'T NO SUPPORT ON THE WEEKEND WHEN WE HAVE TIME TO MESS WITH THIS CRAPPY SITE!!!

If anyone cares I have been out since tues of last week, with an illness.
This is not how we usually do business, I personally have been a owner of a custom shop for clsoe to 10 years prior to working here, for the last 6 years.
