your Tech dept should be open to assits the customer, from what I can see your only open when people have to work. So far I am not happy your company or product. When I purchase something that is basically a computer I expect to be able to get service with in a resonable amount of time. We as the customer we should not have to take off work to get tech support to fix and issue with your product. I could be a little more understanding if it was resonablly priced, but for the price of your product we should be able to get issues fixed in a timely manner. If my issues with your product are fixed ASAP I will be returning it and going with a company that actually takes care of there customers!!!!!![/b]
