false promises, all the above, not answering ?'s... I used to have a superchips and sold it cause i needed the money. Was going to buy another one and i am not so sure, it seems like unless you are real happy and kissing *h you are not getting anywhere. I asked a legitimate ?, and it has almost been a month since, no response. Your parent company better wake the f up or you will no longer be in business in 10 years. Diablos damn president is on every dodge forum. I understand that is to sell tuners, but i have heard nothing but good from them from the gm and ford guys. Toodles

I do not see how there are false promises, but you are intitled.
We do not offer the ability to go back on revisions.
Why would you want to?

The only reason I can see why it changed is because your base factory program had changed.
That was a year or more ago that those where changed anyway.

Is there any way to go BACK to a tune that we had? I know this ? has already been asked by myself but when i first got the tuner it would shift right at the 6300 rev limit, and after you download the selectable 1-2 and 2-3 shift points revision, it will only allow 250rpm's before the shift, meaning that with the 6300 limit, it shifts at 6000. Is there anyway to get back to the 6300 rpm shift i had leaving the vehicle in drive, and having it shift at 6300 1-2 and 2-3 TRUE rpm shift?
