Ticket open for two months or more, with no response.

Engine knocks with all tunes. 93 octane with 87 tune works but very little mileage gains if any.

Just say get lost and refer me to a competitor at least.
I have had several SuperChips products and respect what has been done with previous vehicles but now the silent treatment makes no sense.
