I called yesterday with a issue not able to upgrade my tire size with programmer they said they would call back yesterday and still no call, maybe should go with another tuner.

ser# is 1454827 and YES i am using advanced tune and YES i talked to Chris again yesterday (I called him) we went thru it wile pluged into the truck, and nothing. Chris told me tech would call back, still no call or help.

Dan, it is currently with a engineer to take a look this, it will take about 5-7 working days for them to review.
It is not normal for the tire height to be not offered on the 6.4L motors.
Is there anything different about this truck? Cab-chassis? Manual trans, base model.

STOCK TRUCK NOTHING DIFFERENT. BASIC F350 =, KN AIR INTAKE , 50,000 MILES JUST ADDED BIGGER TIRES.

IS THIS HOW YOU PEOPLE NORMALLY DO BUSSINESS JUST RESUBMIT TO TECH EVERY 10 DAYS AND TELL THE PAYING CUSTOMER IT WILL BE HANDLED LATER. NEVER FIXING THE PROBLEM.
