Well I finally installed the Flashpaq 1805 on my F350. I chose the XS tune for fuel mileage. I disconnected the Banks Transcommand before I installed it. The engine seems to run smoother and quieter and is more responsive. The shift points appear to have changed and the shifts are smooth but positive. I only have 18 miles on it since the change but I can tell something has changed in the engine performance and in a good direction.
My only complaint is the instruction manual instructions didn't seem to jive with what I saw on the screen. I wonder if the instructions are out dated for the way the tuning is set up. (Is there any place I can get some written instructions? Is there aplace on this site to get them via the web?) I fumbled around and got it to work.

I thought I'd be able to set the shift firmness but I never saw a menu for that. Is that a misconception on my part?

I'm going to do some towing in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to seeing how the tow tuning works. I'll let you know what happens.
