Hi, I just bought Superchips Flashpaq 3875. I want to use it on my Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ 2004 4.0L inline six engine. How to download data from internet? Because I connect the device to my vehicle, it said that I need to update it. Can someone help me out? Thank's.

Hi, I just downloaded it, run a programmer update session, and i received "Calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported. Information about your cvehicle has been sent to our engineers. You will be notified via e-mail when the Superchips tune is available for your vehicle". So usually after I received this message, how long do I have to wait?

To write a program it can take up to 5-7 working days.
If you post up your serial number I can check on it.
