I have been very impressed with how well you guy's monitor the other truck forums and how quickly you respond to issues. This forum, however, is a great idea which will undoubtedly make your customer service even better.
BTW, since purchasing my Flashpaq a couple of months ago, I have persuaded 2 buddies to get one (a hemi & a GM). When my truck goes to the dealership for my 30k mile service next week, I'm gonna return it to stock settings before I take it in and use my programmer on my neighbor's '06 Hemi for the day. He's been thinking about getting one, and I figure a day's free sample will put him over the edge. (You guys can start sending commission checks any time now --LOL)

Heck, I've lost count of how many HEMI guys I've referred to SuperChips (who, by the way, were as happy as I am with the FlashPaq). Oh, well. Even if I don't get one, you guys still rock, and the HEMI community loves you for taking care of us. (Geez...I wish I had a thumbs up emoticon for ya).

I tried every chip out for the hemis to see which one was truly the best, and superchips gives the most on the dyno and it changes the shifting, and anything that comes out for it is free to download. Way better than all the others!!

Hey, I'm the first guy on the block to post in the Powerstroke section. Have any Superchip PSD shirts? I just loaded the Performance mode and smoked about 5K miles worth of rubber off the rear end...wow who would have thought about lightin' up a diesel. You guys definitely rock.
