I would just like to point out that after initially having a small problem with my Superchips Cortex, and after talking to Ron@Superchips, it was easily fixed and is working great now.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and if you need any help be sure to go to Ron, although I'm sure the rest of the Superchips employees share some of the same values of helping customers Ron does, he goes above and beyond.

Overall great product so far.

I have to also commend the techservice customer service people. I purchased a used Cortex 3950 to replace my 3815 tuner. When I tried to install it on my 05 Ram 1500 hemi I ran into issues. It also wouldn't update. Called techservices and was walked through the process to update and install the tuner on my truck. Great crew.

I hav to agree . The customer services is awsome with theses guys, I will be replacing the tuner i had stolen and one of the main reaseons beside the quality of the product is the great customer service thanks to all of you.
