Hi all, just wanted to say a loud thank you to everyone there at SC.
Last summer my truck was broken into and of course my 3805 was taken. I was so bummed because it held my stock map in it and I really liked having it for its multiple uses.
I reported to SC right away, filed a police report and moved on in life..albeit without my 3805 and no way to retune w/o some dealer intervention and an outlay of cash.
Well, last week ( a year later) a very nice man called and asked if I had a 3805 stolen? I said yes and how I mised it. Well some unlucky fool tried to update my old one and got a taste of the ol' zap! I was so surprised when he offered to send me another..I'm tearing up again as I write this. It arrived and after following their instruction I am back to my fuel sippin, tow lickin ways! I am deeply appreciative of this companies integrety and their excellent customer service.
