do your homework!! when you plug in the programmer and it reads update, do it. i tryed to install without updating and toasted a $800 pcm. when i did try to update, was on wrong website. after updating programmer, contact sc by phone or email, with your serial number and let them check if your programmer has been udated. installed mine on my 99 powerstroke and it runs like my hot rod from the 60's.

I DEFINATLY RECOMMEND SC AND THEIR SUPPORT STAFF!! (chris could use some manners)
