transmission engaging when reved in neutral or park

my truck sometimes jumps forward, or at least tries to when reved up in neutral or park. problem surfaces when tuning installed. anyone having these problems. drive seems to engage for about a tenth of a second, not enough to shear the park pin but enough to make the truck lurch forward.
