I have had my truck in for service on three seperate occasions for the same problem P0420 catalyst efficiency threshold (bank 1) Everytime i go i program the truck back to stock, they have replaced O2 sensor, catalytic converter and the pcm this last time. Everytime the light stays off until i program the truck with anyone of the programs. The truck runs fine and there are no problems with the exception of nasty smelling exhaust. I dont have any mods of anykind except a cat-back exhaust. I have posted on another forum with no luck. Can someone give me some insight i dont want the light to stay on all the time.

Bryan

Ok i just found a previosly posted thread about the same problem. SC reps claim a tsb on an O2 sensor and a pcm update. I have had both of these and still having the problem so now what?
