My friend got the flashpaq tuner for his 04 Dodge Ram Hemi, what a difference! Anyway he traded his truck in and he asked me if I would buy the tuner to use on my 03 Hemi Ram, well I did and it didn't work. He told me that I could download the 03 settings off the website and then it would work is that a line of BS or can I not find it?

Sorry to say, but your friend is wrong, it can't be done. You would need to buy tuner part number 3715 for the 2003 Hemi Ram.
