Sorry for the long post.
Ok i have the 3865 flashpaq for my 06 dodge ram 4.7L. I returned the truck back to stock because i was fixing to purchase the Vivid Linq. Well as my luck would have it my Android phone decided to die on me. So the linq was out of the question because i had to buy a new phone. The new phone money was my linq money.

I was really looking forward to it. cheapest phone they had was a iphone so no linq for me..........
Anyway i updated the flashpaq tuner before i re-tuned the truck. It did its thing and went to tune the truck. I always do the advanced tune because i purchased the Advance Transmission Tuning for my truck. I turned the Rev limiter to 6300 then it tells me the 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd shift rpm was too low. I go to that section and both options have a unusual look. Both begin with a q135 as where the shift rpm used to be. The other side is normal with a 6100 rpm number. I can not move the slider to adjust this.
Also the Torque Management settings are all screwed up too. The left side which i think is the throttle position percentage is either 0's or negatives. I really dont remember, but it wasn't like it was before. i'll have to get photos of all this if i'm not explaining this well. Anyway i take a chance and i don't mess with any of the settings just in case.
It shifts fine and everything seems OK except... Normally before WOT shifts were noticeable now its like stock. But slightly under WOT the shifts are noticable again. I didn't want to mess anything up so the truck is returned to stock.
All other options are fine and can be adjusted.
Is there anyway you can look into my tuners files to see if everything is ok. I just updated again hoping it was resolved. I will chime back in on the thread to let you know if the problem still exist or not.
My 3865 Flashpaq Tuner Serial Number is: 1521939
Thanks
Brandon.
