I used my new flashpaq to reset the tire size on my '07 Sierra SLT after doing a lift and putting 35's on it. I've tried adjusting the diameter of the tires in 1/4" increments as directed by tech support. The lights still come on after driving about a mile each time I drive the truck. Any suggestions???? Yes, I updated my programmer before using it

Thanks,

Ray

Did you touch any of the gear ratio portion of the tuner?

What is the tuners serial number?

Ron

I did change gear ratio from stock to 3.73 as a troubleshooting measure. I wasn't sure what the tuner thinks the STOCK ratio is, but my truck's window sticker says 3.73.

The serial number is 200211905. this is the number under the barcode on the back.

Thanks

Ron,

I've done some reading of previous posts by others with this problem. Has Superchips figured out how to do tire size correction on the '07 Sierra yet? This was the ONLY reason for purchasing the tuner. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can return it if I need to.

Thanks,

Ray

We have been able to do tire or gear with these trucks for quit a few months.

Case# 100076
I have sent this over to the engineers to review.

I need you to update one time for me, I need a special read of the tuner. This does not require reprogramming the truck after.
Update the tuner and email or post when done.

Thanks

Ron

Anything of come of this? I had the same problem on my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 when I bought this programmer a couple years ago. At that time, you (Ron) had said there wasn't a fix. I've gone ahead and put the tire size in and will test it out in a few hrs when I leave for lunch. Please let me know if I'm wasting my time. THX

Not if the tuner is up to date.

You have not updated for at least 3+ months.

You need to put the truck to stock and update, then reload the tuning and test.

I actually updated it either in May or April, can't remember but I didn't put it to stock setting first. I will try that and let you know. Thx Ron :)
